Equipment
- Wok (large frying pan)
Ingredients
- 1 bag of microwave long grain rice
- 1 egg
- 3 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp cooling oil
Instructions
- Microwave the rice as to the instructions on the packet, Remove from the pouch and spread into a bowl to cool1 bag of microwave long grain rice
- Large frying pan (or wok) with the oil get hot1 tsp cooling oil
- Add the cooled rice and cook for 1 minute
- Add the soya sauce cook for 2 minutes3 tsp light soya sauce
- Break the egg in the pan with the rice Now stir vigorously so the yolk breaks and all the rice gets coated with the egg1 egg
- Cook the rice until all the egg is cooked Serve
